BakerRipley is seeking an Employment and Human Services Associate to support the RESEA program, helping unemployment claimants reenter the workforce with eligibility and career-focused interviews, tailored reemployment plans, and strong compliant service delivery.

You will connect participants to resources like job search assistance, training opportunities, and supportive services while tracking progress and providing ongoing coaching to keep them on track, in collaboration with Workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience substituting for college credit.
• Experience with career management strategies and job search processes.
• Experience in MS Office Systems (1-3 yrs)
• Experience in Case Management (1-3 yrs)
• Experience in Customer Service (1-3 yrs)
• Inbound/Outbound Calling (1-3 yrs)

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth eligibility interviews for RESEA participants.
• Guide participants through personalized reemployment plans.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing coaching to participants.
• Connect individuals to resources such as job search assistance and training.
• Collaborate with Workforce Solutions partners to deliver wraparound support.
• Ensure program compliance and maintain high-quality customer service.
