Ascot Group is seeking an Underwriting Assistant, Management Liability to support the life cycle of accounts from new business through renewals. Collaboration with Underwriting and Operations is essential to ensure timely, accurate policy issuance and endorsements.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting processes in conjunction with underwriting operations.
• Liaise with underwriters, brokers and reinsurers to communicate status and complete subjectivities.
• Confirm policy issuance instructions and complete coding/issuance for policies and endorsements.
• Assist with new and renewal business lifecycle tasks from submission to issuance.
• Ensure service standards are met with internal operations partners.
• Complete underwriting workflow accurately and on time.
• Assist with other projects supporting the underwriting team.
• Commit to The Ascot Way and foster collaboration and accountability.
