You will negotiate terms, manage multiple accounts, and foster strong relationships with agents and carriers. The role emphasizes market knowledge, attention to detail, and decisive collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive underwriting or brokerage support experience (3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts from submission through binding and renewal.
• Coordinate documentation and communications with brokers and underwriters.
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and exclusions with carriers.
• Prepare quotes, coverage comparisons, and placement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure policy documentation is complete.
