Qualifications

• Ten years of underwriting experience in middle market or large commercial casualty UW.
• Technical knowledge across Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella, Inland Marine, and Crime.
• Experience leading a team of underwriters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Early Career Program cohort through 18 months of development.
• Coach and mentor participants with regular feedback.
• Identify curriculum gaps and improve Academy content.
• Collaborate with direct supervisors on cohort performance.
