Job summary

RSUI Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is hiring a summer 2027 Underwriter Trainee class. The 12-month academy rotates through underwriting product lines and key support departments, giving hands-on exposure to specialty underwriting — and to RSUI holistically.

You won't be shadowing from the sidelines. You'll be right there in the game. During the program, you rotate through product lines, work with experienced underwriters, complete a capstone project, and attend broker seminars.

Qualifications

• College degree completed before August 1, 2027.
• All majors welcome; background in RM&I or Finance is a plus.
• Interest in underwriting demonstrated through coursework or internships.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through underwriting product lines and support departments.
• Work with experienced underwriters and attend underwriting meetings.
• Complete a capstone project presenting to senior leadership.
• Participate in broker seminars and development touchpoints.
