Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support account managers in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Prepare applications, summaries of insurance, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Gather information from carriers (loss runs and policy updates).
• Assist with processing policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support renewal preparation and ongoing account service activities.
• Participate in team discussions to learn client strategies and insurance solutions.
