Job summary

MSI in Boston, MA offers a Rotational Undergraduate Analyst Program spanning Product, Claims and Underwriting. This 18–24 month program provides hands-on experience, training, mentorship, and intensive exposure to diverse business challenges, preparing participants to become well‑rounded analysts and future leaders.

Participants rotate through three departments, start August 2027, in a hybrid arrangement (three days in office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL/Tableau/Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple rotations across Product, Claims and Underwriting.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations for leadership on findings and strategies.
• Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation efforts.
