Job summary

Amwins invites motivated students to join the Summer 2027 ASCS Intern Rotation (AIR) Program in Chicago, offering a 10-week, up-to-three-rotation experience. Interns work on real projects, gain exposure to underwriting, brokerage, data analytics, and more, with access to mentors and senior leaders.

You'll develop practical business skills, build a professional network, and participate in structured rotations, meetings, and events. Housing is provided, and the program is full-time and paid.

Qualifications

• Current students enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in risk management, insurance, or business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support teams with research, data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real insurance, financial, and client-focused challenges.
• Contribute to projects that support ASCS programs and business objectives.
• Participate in meetings, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities.
• Build relationships with mentors, peers, and leaders across ASCS and Amwins.
