Job summary

The Hartford in Alpharetta, GA is launching an Associate Underwriter UOTRAN program designed to develop high-potential underwriters through an immersive, multi-week learning experience.

You will work with Sales, Account Management and Actuarial teams to price and underwrite cases for core products, while developing risk management acumen and professional leadership potential within a supportive, teamwork-driven environment.

• Participate in a multi-week learning program with mentoring, job shadowing and team projects.
• Adapt underwriting approaches to support business goals and risk management.
