Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly experienced SM3 IIA Underlayer Lead in Tucson to drive program financial performance through cost controls, EVM, and rigorous FP&A. You will partner with program management and functional leadership to ensure cost, schedule, and performance alignment, while mentoring peers and guiding quarterly EACs.

You will shape forecasting and AOP/LRP processes, deliver monthly performance reports, analyze data for internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing multiple DoD contracts with external deliverables (IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, CFSR).
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Complete (EACs), FP&A.
• Experience interfacing with multiple functional disciplines and presenting to customers.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.
• Active Secret DoD clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead underlayer cost controls to drive program financial performance and compliance.
• Partner with program management and leadership to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Develop and execute cost-plus contractual EVM program controls.
• Mentor peers on development and analysis of program financial data, EVM requirements and EACs.
• Support financial forecasting, including AOP, LRP, and R&O management.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver monthly financial performance reporting and working capital management.
• Analyze and present financial data to customers and management.
• Contribute to proposal development and Gate 4 processes.
