Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a senior Program Financial Analyst to lead earned value management and program budgeting for a DoD contracts program.

You will coordinate financial data, develop quarterly EACs, support planning (LRP, AOP) and advise leadership with insights for strategic decisions. DoD experience and US citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• DoD experience.
• Experience managing multiple DoD contracts with external deliverables (IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, CFSR).
• Experience and understanding of EVM, EACs, and FP&A.
• Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) program controls.
• Lead, coordinate, and mentor peers on the development and analysis of all program financial data.
• Provide financial analysis, insight, and guidance to decision making.
• Support financial planning aspects (LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly reporting).
• Provide analysis for growth opportunities and contribute to proposals/Gate 4.
