Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an SM3 IIA Underlayer Lead within the Finance Program Cost Controls team in a fully onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will drive program financial performance, ensure contractual compliance, and support decision-making across cost, schedule, and performance goals.

You will develop and execute EVM controls, coordinate EACs, and mentor teammates. You will collaborate with program management and functional leadership to deliver forecasts, analyses, and monthly performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience; or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience managing multiple DoD contracts with IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR, and CFSR.
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimates at Complete (EACs), and FP&A.
• Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines.
• Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting briefings to customers, management, and peers.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Drive program financial performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Partner with program management and functional leadership to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Lead development and execution of cost-plus contractual EVM program controls.
• Mentor peers on development and analysis of program financial data and EACs.
• Support financial forecasting: AOP, LRP, and R&O management.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making.
• Develop monthly financial performance reporting and working capital management.
• Analyze and present financial data to customers and management.
• Contribute to proposal development and Gate 4 financial analyses.
