RTX is seeking an SM3 IIA Underlayer Lead in the Finance Program Cost Controls team to drive program financial performance and ensure contractual compliance. You will partner with program management to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals, lead EVM development, and mentor peers in financial data analysis and EACs.

The role supports AOP, LRP, and R&O forecasting while guiding stakeholders with clear insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with 8+ years' experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience managing DoD contracts with IPMDAR/IPMAR, CSDR and CFSR deliverables.
• Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM) and FP&A processes.
• Experience presenting to customers and management, cross-functional collaboration.
• US citizenship required for access to program information.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of cost-plus EVM program controls.
• Coordinate and mentor peers on program financial data and EACs.
• Support forecasting including AOP, LRP, and R&O management.
• Provide financial analysis to internal/external stakeholders for decisions.
• Contribute to proposals and Gate 4 financial analysis for growth.
