Benchmark Utility Services is seeking a Foreman to lead daily utility construction operations in Texas, supervising field crews and actively participating in the safe installation and maintenance of utility systems.

The role emphasizes reading blueprints, coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and mentoring team members to meet project costs, schedule, and quality goals.

Competenze

• Five or more years in the construction industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Proven ability to supervise field crews and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Mansioni

• Supervises daily activity and time reporting of field crews.
• Oversees toolbox talks, permits, and paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Reviews project plans and tracks materials, deliveries, and subcontractor work.
• Maintains safe work sites and ensures adherence to specifications and safety rules.
