• Experience leading utility construction crews in heavy civil environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise underground utility installation crews (water, sewer) and coordinate daily activities.
• Plan work, allocate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Provide project updates to leadership and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Review plans with Project Managers and Superintendents and resolve field issues.
• Maintain field documentation, daily reports, and production tracking.
• Build relationships with clients, inspectors, and partners; attend meetings.
