Benchmark Utility Services in Virginia is seeking a Foreman to lead daily utility construction projects, combining hands-on labor with leadership to ensure safe installation and maintenance of underground utility systems.

You will supervise field crews, read blueprints, conduct toolbox talks, and coordinate with superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on construction experience.
• At least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• OSHA 10/30 Certifications.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates daily activity and time reporting of field crews.
• Reviews project plans and blueprints; tracks materials, deliveries, trucking and subcontractor work.
• Inspects work progress, equipment, and sites to verify safety and compliance with specifications.
• Maintains effective communication with Superintendent, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Trains and mentors crew members to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
