Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams on underground utility projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations across underground utility projects.
• Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors and equipment.
• Oversee conduit, duct bank, trenching and utility installations.
• Coordinate electrical, telecommunications and other dry utility scopes.
• Plan manpower, equipment and materials around project requirements.
• Monitor production, schedules and overall project progress.
• Ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety and quality standards in the field.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and schedule.
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, inspectors and field teams.
