Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in underground utilities or electrical conduit construction.
• Proven supervisory experience managing field crews.
• Strong knowledge of underground installation methods and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Supervise Foremen and laborers to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, manpower, and equipment.
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards.
• Lead daily safety meetings and ensure PPE usage.
• Inspect work for compliance with project specs and local codes.
