Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions is hiring a Dry Utilities Superintendent to lead underground utility construction for data center and mission-critical projects in the Central Southwest region. You will oversee excavation, duct banks, conduit systems, manholes, and safety compliance in the field.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years construction experience, with underground electrical or dry utility focus.
• 3–5 years in a Foreman/ Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing underground duct bank construction.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, trenching, conduit, encasement, backfill, and compaction.
• Experience coordinating heavy equipment and excavation crews.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, electrical, and underground utility drawings.
• Ability to plan manpower, equipment, materials, and sequencing.
