Job summary

NorthStar Energy Solutions, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is seeking an Operations Manager for data center construction focusing on dry utilities. You will lead project management and field supervision, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and customer expectations are met.

The role requires strong construction leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams across sites. Travel between project locations will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management or operational leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling.
• Ability to travel between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Project Managers and site leaders.
• Maintain communication on safety, schedule, manpower, cost, quality.
• Ensure policies and standards are implemented across projects.
• Promote accountability and a results-driven culture.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, milestones and resources.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate manpower and equipment across projects.
• Forecast resources and plan mobilizations.
