You will lead underground utility construction for data center and critical infra projects, coordinating excavation, duct banks, and conduit systems while ensuring safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in construction with underground work and 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong drawing interpretation and scheduling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction experience with underground electrical or dry utility work.
• 3–5 years in a Foreman/ Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Experience managing underground duct bank construction and related tasks.
• Ability to read civil/electrical/underground construction drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underground dry utility construction activities on projects.
• Coordinate excavation, heavy equipment, and crew movements.
• Lead survey/layout coordination and ensure schedule adherence.
• Manage materials, equipment, and safety compliance on site.
• Communicate across teams to maintain quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide leadership for multiple crews and work fronts.
