NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support underground and dry utility construction operations across Texas. You will lead day-to-day field safety efforts on large scale data center projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and client requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture.

The role requires extensive construction safety experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with underground utilities, civil/sitework, or dry utility construction.
• Minimum 2 years of safety operations on large-scale data center, industrial, or utility projects.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required; additional safety certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular field audits and site inspections to mitigate safety risks.
• Monitor excavation, trenching, shoring, and utility locating safety practices.
• Provide real-time safety guidance to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Lead daily safety meetings, JHAs, and tailgate sessions.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
