The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety compliance with OSHA/DOT, and adaptability to various field conditions. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies comply with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
