Globe Commlunications in North Carolina is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems, ensuring safety and project timelines.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work in all weather. We offer on-site work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
