Job summary

White Mountain Cable Construction is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecommunications systems, ensure safety protocols, and keep projects on schedule.

You will read blueprints, train crew members, coordinate with the supervisor, and communicate with property owners to resolve issues while complying with OSHA and DOT regulations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading field crews on telecom projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Knowledge of safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
