Job summary

Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure safety protocols, read blueprints, and keep projects on schedule.

You’ll train crew members, coordinate with property owners, operate heavy equipment, and uphold OSHA and DOT regulations in all weather. Valid driver’s license and 18+ are required, with 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience; foreman experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on site.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Interact with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
