Ideal candidates have at least three years of related work experience, high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to operate heavy equipment in various weather conditions. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT compliance
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Communicate with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
