Job summary

CableCom, LLC is seeking a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team in Carson City, NV. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, training crew members, coordinating with property owners, and operating heavy equipment. 18+ with valid work authorization; foreman experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies (OSHA, DOT).
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
