Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions Construction is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead and manage multiple crew teams on telecom site projects in Henderson, NV. You will oversee safe operation of horizontal drilling and excavation equipment, coordinate logistics, and mentor junior crew members.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of wireless telecom site experience, DOT certification if driving, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with Vermeer Drills and Hydro Vacs.
• Travel up to 100% for weeks at a time if required.
• Flexible to work shift work to include maintenance window and weekends if needed.
• Must become DOT certified if designated as eligible driver.
• Must accurately track crew hours daily/weekly and submit time for management.
• 3+ years of experience with wireless telecommunication site construction.
• OSHA Safety standards certification is preferred (will provide training).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple groups of 2-4 crew members and mentor and train junior team members
• Clear understanding of operating the Horizontal Drill (Vermeer) and Excavation equipment
• Follow proper safety procedures when operating equipment and working in the ROW
• Pickup/Deliver supplies, tools, equipment, etc., via company vehicle (towing trailer if applicable)
• Responsible for the upkeep of all company-issued tools and equipment
• Maintains and submits complete and accurate files/logs/pictures/reports as determined by supervisor and/or other management personnel
• Develops and maintains a positive company image, both internally with fellow employees and with customers
