Job summary

CableCom, LLC seeks an experienced Foreman for its Telecom Underground team in Carson City, NV. You will lead crews, ensure safety, and align with project timelines on underground telecom installations and maintenance.

The role requires coordinating with the supervisor, training crew members, and communicating with property owners about work scope and issues, while performing heavy equipment operations in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
