Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews, train members, read blueprints, and ensure safety policies are followed, including OSHA and DOT regulations. You’ll also communicate with property owners and assist the supervisor daily.

This role requires 3+ years of related experience and a valid driver’s license, with Foreman experience preferred. Expect to work on-site in a field environment with varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
