Lambert's Cable is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground systems. You’ll ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met while coordinating with the supervisor and coordinating with property owners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; Foreman experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must have 18+ years old and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
