Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Field Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Florida. You’ll lead crews to install and maintain underground telecom systems, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

This role requires 3+ years of related experience and a valid driver’s license; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred. We offer strong benefits, hands-on training, and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
