Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met, while guiding crew training and coordinating with supervisors.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related work experience; foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
