Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Foreman for the Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are followed while coordinating with supervisors and property owners.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma or GED. Prior foreman experience is preferred, and the role requires working in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent with work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
