Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Field Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met, and coordinating with the supervisor on daily activities.

This entry-level foreman role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints in diverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related work experience; foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions; other duties as assigned.
