Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking an entry-level Foreman to lead telecom underground crews in installation and maintenance projects. You will ensure safety, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination with property owners and supervisors.

You will train crew members, read blueprints, and help enforce OSHA/DOT policies while operating or supervising heavy equipment as needed in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machineryPerform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
