Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews, ensure safety and adherence to project timelines, and coordinate with property owners to resolve any issues.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States. Foreman experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
