Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems.

You will enforce safety policies, read blueprints, train crew members, and keep projects on schedule while coordinating with supervisors and property owners. Candidates should have at least three years of related work experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
