Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer II Telecom Underground to support underground telecommunications construction and maintenance. You will assist with digging, cabling and equipment operation while following safety protocols and supervisor directions.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, ability to work in all weather conditions, and willingness to work overtime or emergencies as needed. Training is provided in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work-related experience in utility construction, telecommunications or laborer roles.
• Proven leadership experience to direct workflow and produce high quality results.
• Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform designated duties.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in/out of equipment and operate around heavy machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safe working habits and comply with regulations.
