The role requires 1 year of related utility construction experience, a valid Driver's License, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work overtime and in all weather.

Pay ranges from $18.75 to $23.55 per hour; full benefits include weekly pay, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work-related experience pertaining to utility construction, telecommunications or laborer work.
• Proven leadership experience to direct workflow and produce quality results.
• Any combination of education/experience that demonstrates ability to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Dig using hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in and out of equipment (trucks, backhoes, trenchers).
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas; coordinate with crew.
• Maintain safety practices per regulations and policies.
• Perform tasks with some independence and follow defined procedures.
• Support record-keeping and handling of basic tasks.
