Pauley Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer II for Telecom Underground to support underground telecom construction and maintenance. The role involves digging, cabling, equipment operation, and safety-focused teamwork under Foreman/Supervisor direction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work-related experience in utility construction or laborer roles.
• Proven leadership experience to direct workflow and deliver quality results.
• Any combination of education and/or experience demonstrating ability to perform duties.
• Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify underground utilities.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and work overtime, weekends or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Dig using hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in/out of equipment and operate heavy machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas with safety awareness.
• Maintain safe working habits and follow procedures.
• Perform tasks with some independence and document records.
