Pauley Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer Telecom Underground III with CDL to join our underground telecom team. The role involves hands-on digging, cabling installation, and operating heavy equipment under foreman supervision, with emphasis on safety and quality on complex projects.

You will mentor Level I/II laborers, work flexible hours, travel as needed, and contribute to accurate project records. We offer strong benefits, including a 401(k) match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED (or relevant work experience).
• 3+ years of underground telecom construction or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecom cabling.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Maintain safe working habits per regulations and policies.
• Train and mentor junior laborers to improve skills.
• Complete production reports and support project goals.
