The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in telecommunications or utility construction, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with management, customers, and field teams while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
• Proven leadership experience guiding employees to high quality results.
• Ability to perform duties with multiple variables.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads crews to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment safely and on schedule.
• Supervises day-to-day activities and guides execution to meet deliverables.
• Coordinates with manager to invoice jobs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and project safety requirements.
• Investigates accidents and manages investigations.
• Communicates with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Identifies issues and risks and helps develop response plans.
• Staffing, training, and performance management with HR.
• Manages equipment repair, maintenance, and rental with Fleet involvement.
• Interacts with customers to discuss needs and goals.
