Responsibilities

• Oversees and leads crews to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, ensuring safety, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Supervises daily activities and progress; guides execution to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate with manager to invoice jobs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies (OSHA/DOT) and project requirements.
• Conduct and document incident investigations when needed.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support projects.
