Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience in telecommunications or construction
• Strong leadership and crew supervision abilities
• Proficient with database software and Excel
• Able to pass DOT medical requirements
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on assigned projects
• Ensure contract requirements and safety policies are followed
• Provide leadership to foremen and crew members
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide essential job reporting and as-builts
• Support safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives
• Travel to out-of-town sites and be on-call as required
• Possess a valid Class A CDL is a plus
