Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to manage two to four crews on telecom and utility projects. Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Able to attend and pass required training
• Valid State driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead crews to meet daily production goals and maintain records
• Coordinate with direct manager to invoice jobs per policy and area goals
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA/DOT and project requirements
• Handle accident investigations involving injuries, property damage, and vehicle incidents
• Attend safety meetings with assigned crews and participate in in-house/out-sourced training
• Staff, train, and evaluate employees; assist HR with recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and discipline
• Communicate equipment needs to direct manager; ensure trucks/equipment are clean and maintained
• Engage with customers to discuss needs and jobs; perform DVIR when needed
• Complete 8 JSOs and audit direct reporting crews; gate-check fleet within 45 days
