Job summary

Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground in Bowling Green, KY to oversee underground telecom crews and ensure safe, timely installations, maintenance, and repairs.

You will lead day-to-day activities, guide project execution, and ensure compliance with predefined deliverables while maintaining strong communication with customers and partners. A related degree or 3 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with deliverables.
• Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area or project.
• Identify and address project issues and risks, developing response plans to resolve them.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to complete tasks in the assigned area or project.
• Communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
