Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee crews, ensure safe, timely installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment.

You will lead day-to-day project progress, communicate with stakeholders, and identify risks to drive on-time delivery. This role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience and active work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills: planning, organizing, coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecom equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress; guide execution and ensure deliverables.
• Maintain excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers in assigned areas.
• Identify and address project issues and risks; develop response plans.
• Understand current and future business goals and assist in operational improvements.
