Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a Class C Lineman Underground in Orlando. This safety‑focused role involves constructing and repairing underground distribution systems on energized and de‑energized lines.

You may travel to different job sites, including out‑of‑state locations, as required by operations and customers, reporting to the Foreman. Essential duties include installing and repairing underground facilities, troubleshooting faults, learning switching procedures, and working in confined spaces

Qualifications

• Two years of underground line experience is required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be willing to travel long distances and out‑of‑state assignments.

Responsibilities

• Construct and repair underground distribution systems, including energized and de-energized lines.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot faults on primary and secondary systems.
• Learn switching and tagging procedures, grounding, and live‑line work under supervision.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and environments; operate excavation equipment.
